  1. Here’s a link to the CNN story that corroborates this. http://www.cnn.com/2010/TRAVEL/01/11/body.scanners/index.html

  2. Too many machines that use radiation have lately been found to have inflicted harm on people. The most notable is a VA Hospital device for treating cancer. It over-radiated patients for weeks, giving some of them doses hundreds of time in excess of the correct dose.

The Glorified Bouncers that operate machines in airports are far less qualified to operate dangerous machinery than I am, since I’m an electronics engineer. If I have to fly, I’d rather get some queery pat-down than get cancer (again), courtesy of a malfunctioning machine.

I hate the TSA and everything about their processes.

  3. The rest of the world is heading towards freedom and the US is becoming an alarmist police state that is attempting to scare all its citizens into acquiescing every last civil liberty the individual possesses. The TSA is comprised of all the D students who could barely pass high school and now have the power to perform physical exams on citizens without reasonable cause. Am I expected to believe these morons will not be commenting on bodies and checking out the physical attributes of every passenger they screen? This is not security this is a government that is on a pathway to destroying freedom.

  4. I’d rather see us all over the web than blown up into bits all over the sky!

Get rid of these machines and get rid of pat downs, and terrorists all over the world will be strapping bombs to their “junk”.

  5. So, TSA is saying that the pictures are being deleted but OBVIOUSLY they’re not.

  6. Dispicable! I can see why so many are boycotting the airlines.
